The national-level fencing competition in Los Angeles will feature events across multiple age groups and skill levels, providing opportunities for both elite and veteran fencers to compete at a high level.

  • Division I
  • Junior
  • Junior Team
  • Parafencing
  • Vet Age
  • Vet Combined

What the Events Mean:

Division I: The highest level of domestic competition, open to fencers aged 13 and older who meet qualification standards. This event features top-ranked fencers, including those with international experience.

Junior: For fencers aged 19 and under (as of January 1 of the current fencing season). Junior events serve as a crucial stepping stone for athletes aiming for Division I or international competition.

Junior Team: A team-based event for fencers in the Junior category. Teams of fencers represent their clubs or regions in an exciting and strategic format.

Parafencing: Adaptive fencing events for athletes with physical impairments, offering competitive opportunities at the national and international levels.

Vet Age: Individual events for veteran fencers, divided into age categories (40+, 50+, 60+, 70+), providing competitive opportunities at different experience levels.

Vet Combined: A mixed-age veteran event where competitors from all veteran age groups fence together in a combined category.

Each event offers a unique competitive experience, ensuring an exciting tournament for athletes and spectators alike.
